We explore the Competencies of Soical-Emotional learning which include self awareness, self management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.

Empowerment

We all deserve to feel empowered and celebrate our wellbeing. Through a strengths based, client centered approach we work with individuals using a challenge by choice method. This allows for the clients needs to be met all while working in an adaptable and safe environment.

Embodiment

Embodiment is a practice where we take how our minds, bodies, and spirit functions as a whole. We look at our wellbeing from a “whole” perspective and notice how our movement, self talk, and cognition affect us in day to day life.

Each program consists of over 10 videos to practice yoga, functional movement, meditation, mindfulness and more.

3+ Hours

Over three hours of yoga, functional movement, embodiment, and empowerment practices are shared through each series.

Hands-on activities

Each program contains two hands on activities with all materials provided to enforce the wellness practices taught in the videos.

Lavender Series

Adaptive Series

Our Lavender Series teaches wellness and yoga concepts for individuals who are able bodied and neurodiverse. This series uses minimal visual aid and covers an equal amount of standing and sitting wellness practices. We will cover yoga shapes, yoga flows, breathing practices and more!The Lavender Series outlines a verity of wellness practices to follow and moves at a faster pace than our Lilly Series.

Lilly Series

Adaptive Series

Our Lilly Series thoroughly outlines all steps to practice different yoga and wellness practices. Visual aids are used throughout the videos. The repetitive nature of theses videos allows students to anticipate what will come next within the lesson. Most of these practices are seated. We will cover breathing practices, healthy movement, yoga shapes, and more! The Lilly series is perfect for individuals who need very substantial support in their daily life.

Daisy Series

Seated Wellness Series

Our Daisy series offers seated yoga and wellness practices. This series is designed for neurotypical teens and adults who want to practice yoga and wellness. We will cover functional movement, finding optimal posture, mindfulness practices, and meditation to enhance wellbeing.
